Former national volleyball player and javelin thrower, Lenis knows the setbacks you’ll face when it comes to pursuing your athletic goals. As a physiotherapist, she specialises in rehabilitation across orthopaedics, neurology, geriatrics, and chronic conditions, helping athletes and clients recover and perform at their best. She founded PlayKaki, volunteers with PlayBuddy and the local wheelchair rugby team, and advocates for inclusivity in sports as a member of the Singapore Disability Sports Council’s Medical Advisory Panel. Recognised for her dedication with the Client Experience Gold Award, Lenis approaches every client with empathy, supporting their unique rehabilitation journey while making a lasting, positive impact.
