The Role

  • Lead group classes and personal training to RxP standards.

  • Handle member inquiries, guide program selection, and track attendance/progress.

  • Create and promote an inspiring, positive, and fun training environment.

  • Plan & facilitate community events with the marketing team.

  • Execute programming accurately and consistently.

  • Collaborate with the Head Coach; take feedback and uphold coaching standards.

Who We Need

  • Proactivity: Anticipate needs of members, colleagues, and partners; deliver value-added service.

  • Authenticity: Build trust with honest relationships; listen well and connect meaningfully.

  • Accountability: Communicate clearly; follow through on tasks and projects.

  • Credibility: Do what you say you’ll do; prioritize, organize, and execute reliably.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of fitness coaching experience.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Group Fitness, Personal Training).

  • Knowledge of functional fitness programming and excellent on-floor coaching skills.

  • Standard First Aid (SFA) + CPR certification.

  • Friendly, welcoming demeanor with strong customer service skills.

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated team player.

  • Able to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt as the business evolves.

 

Bonus: Weightlifting certifications, Competition judging/experience, Gymnastics coaching, basic nutrition coaching... List them down!
