Do I need to have experience to start?

No. Session 1 is a full movement assessment — there is no baseline required. The pack is designed to start from zero.

I'm interested in gymnastics skills - Do you coach that?

Yes. Our coaches cover gymnastics fundamentals: pull-up progressions, ring work, handstand development, and body control.

I'm older and worried about injury — is PT safe for me?

This is exactly who PT is designed for. Every session is built around your current capacity. With Thrive Healthcare physios on-site, training and rehab are coordinated from Session 1 if needed.​

What if I have an existing injury?

Let us know in the intake form. Our coaches and physios work in the same space and will coordinate your plan from the start.

What's the Venus Weightlifting methodology?

What happens after the 3 sessions?
