What started as a spark from CrossFit quickly turned into a full-blown passion for Weightlifting for Chad, who fell in love with the challenge of mastering lifts with precision, power, and control. Drawing on the principles of Venus Weightlifting and Rx Performance, he has honed his craft in Weightlifting and Body Alignment Training (BAT). After an injury taught him that training smarter beats training harder, Chad’s mission now is to help others reach their fitness goals safely and sustainably. He’s dedicated to building stronger, more resilient bodies, enabling people to move well, train with confidence, and live life to the fullest.
