Soft Launch: LEGENDS (10AM)

Our Legends program is designed specifically for older adults, and is the only physiotherapist-led strength and conditioning program with measurable and repeatable results. The focus is on functional fitness, mobility, and strength, with a goal of increasing overall quality of life. 

Our experienced physiotherapists will work with you to create a personalized training plan that is appropriate for your fitness level and goals, while also ensuring that any injury concerns or limitations are taken into account.
