About the event
Led by Kylie Siu, gymnastics coach with more than 10 years of CrossFit under her belt, this is a workshop where you will learn progressive drills that will help you to get closer to that muscle-up no matter what level you are at. We will cover drills that will teach you the correct movement patterns needed to perfect your bar muscle-ups and help with solving the most common errors encountered when performing this skill.
After the class, you will be provided with a programme that includes all the drills covered, as well as prescription for sets and reps to integrate into your weekly training routine beyond the workshop.

Pre-requisites:
- 3-5 strict pull-ups
- *3-5 kipping Chest-to-Bar pull-ups (Good to have, but not a must-have!)
