I love training at RX Performance - it is such a welcoming atmosphere and fun community! Unlike a lot of other gyms, RX places a focus on injury prevention and coaches can tailor to individuals in classes if needed. The workouts are challenging and varied so you’re always building on your skills, strength, and conditioning.

Big, clean space with all the equipment you need, plus nice touches like filtered water, showers, and towel service. Coaches are super hands-on and really know their stuff. They don’t just tell you what to do, they help you understand your body and move better. Workouts can be tough (in a good way), and the programming keeps you coming back to challenge yourself. Best part is the physio support. It actually helps you train without pain. Overall, it’s a solid all-in-one gym + rehab spot where you’re well taken care of.

Absolutely love this gym when I am in Singapore! The classes are a good size, which means the trainers can really check your form and give personal attention. There’s a great variety of workouts that keep things interesting and challenging. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are new, clean, and well-maintained. Bonus points for the Dyson hairdryer in the changing room- such a nice touch! Highly recommend.
