Who this is for
New to weightlifting?
The Olympic lifts — snatch and clean & jerk — are technical skills. They take time to learn and they need to be taught, not just watched on YouTube. In three sessions, you'll understand the movement sequence, build the positions, and know exactly what you're working on when you walk into a class. You won't feel lost at the whiteboard. You'll feel ready.
Already lifting but stuck?
Plateaus in weightlifting are almost always technical, not physical. If your numbers have stalled, your catch position is inconsistent, or you're not sure your training is actually building toward anything — a structured coaching block will identify exactly where the gaps are and give you a clear path forward. Our coaches provide precise technical cues, trackable benchmarks, and a program that progresses week by week.

Get results that last.
Why Learn Olympic Weightlifting at Rx Performance?
RxP's personal training programs are built on the Venus Weightlifting methodology, developed by Gabby Qu in Shanghai. Venus Weightlifting has a reputation for developing athletes who move well, lift well, and stay healthy for the long run. The philosophy is built around sustainable technique, not just hitting numbers, but building movement that lasts.
That means your program isn't random. Every session is sequenced. Every cue has a reason. And every block builds toward something measurable — whether that's your first successful snatch, a competition total, or simply moving better than you did three months ago.
