Are you looking to get that first pull-up ? Maybe you find yourself breaking up your pull-ups into sets of 3 or in a workout? Or perhaps you already have kipping pull-ups and want to learn the butterfly pull-up?
Join our 2.5-hour workshop where you will learn drills of varying difficulty that will help you to progress, building the strength, technique and endurance essential for pull-up mastery, no matter what level you are at.
After the class, you will be provided with a programme that includes all the drills covered, as well as prescription for sets and reps to integrate into your weekly training routine beyond the workshop.
